Shopha Tserotas first developed her love of simulation during her master's program where she experienced high fidelity simulation for the first time. After developing her first simulation for her master's thesis project, she continued her passion for simulation during a decade as an assistant clinical professor of nursing by coordinating and facilitating multiple undergraduate simulations. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in nursing education with her dissertation focused on prebriefing and student performance in healthcare simulation. Currently, Shopha serves as the Director of Simulation at the Louise Herrington School of Nursing at Baylor University, Dallas, TX
