Kaitlin Couture MSN, RN, CHSE graduated from Norwich University in 2017 with her Bachelor's in Science of Nursing and recieved her Master's in Nursing Education from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. She is employed by The Citadel Swain Department of Nursing and serves as both the Simulation coordinator and an instructor for the college. She is passionate about teaching through hands on learning and simulation-based lab activities.
