Colette Waddill has been involved with simulation in healthcare since 2012. She completed a Post-Graduate Healthcare Simulation Education Certificate program at Bryan College of Health Sciences, Lincoln, NE in 2015 and became a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) the same year. Dr. Waddill is currently employed at the University of North Carolina Wilimington where she is the Simulation Program Coordinator and chairs the Simulation Learning Committee. She is activley engaged in simulation education and research. Dr. Waddill has presented at several conferences including a keynote address on Evidence-based Simulation Practices at the NC Council of Practical Nurse Educators. Dr. Waddill is interested in further dissemination of simulation best practices through research and literature review.
