Dr. Danielle Yocom graduated from a diploma nursing program in Lancaster, PA, as well as BSN and MSN /FNP programs at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Millersville, PA. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on nursing education at Regis College, Weston, MA in 2018. Dr. Yocom is an associate professor of nursing at West Chester University (WCU), West Chester, PA. She also serves as the WCU RN to BSN Program Director. Dr. Yocom's scholarly interests include grant writing, experiential learning with a focus on clinical judgment and critical thinking, incorporating extended reality across the curriculum, and quality care of chronically ill older adults.
