Dr. Keller has been the Executive Director of the Radford University Clinical Simulation Center since 2020. She began her simulation career in 2010 as a full-time simulation faculty member. She has been a nurse for 28 years. Prior to entering academia in 2007, Dr. Keller provided patient care on medical-surgical and progressive care units as well as in the post anesthesia care unit. She has published journal submissions focusing on innovative strategies to incorporate simulation in pre-licensure nursing education. Dr. Keller has presented her simulation work at the local, state, national, and international levels. Her simulation research interests include evaluation strategies, standardized patient methodology, faculty development, and virtual simulation best practices.
