Stephanie Brogdon graduated with a MSN in 2016 and the DNP in 2017 from the Duke University Nurse Anesthesia Program. She is Adjunct Faculty with the Duke Nurse Anesthesia Program and is a practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and CRNA Supervisor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Brogdon's interest in maintaining clinical competencies for the infrequent but high stakes scenarios in anesthesia sparked her curiosity in the best practices in simulation. She has led multiple clinical improvement projects including the emergency undocking of the robot, standardizing language for airway emergencies in obstetrics, and simulation of code scenarios in the operating room.
