Ashley graduated from Oregon Health & Science University with a PhD in Nursing ins 2014 and is employed as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Texas Christian Univeristy in Fort Worth, Texas. Ashley serves on the INACSL Board of Directors and is President-Elect. Ashley's research interests include multiple patient simualtion, expert modeling, intervention research, students' cognitive load, and faculty workload. Ashley's simulation experience comes from academic settings wtih novice nurses and groups of interprofessional healthcare teams. Ashley has taught in simulation for 15 years.
