Carrie Foeller received her BS in Health Sciences and MSPT from Boston University’s Sargent College. Dr. Foeller worked clinically in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on the neurologic and geriatric populations. After working extensively as a clinical instructor and a clinical site resource for instruction, she made the transition to academic physical therapy, while completing her DScPT degree through the University of Maryland Baltimore. In the academic setting, Dr. Foeller has had the opportunity to work in both large research and small private college programs as the Director of Clinical Education. As the current Associate Director of the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Delaware’s DPT program, Carrie merges her interests in advancing education, interprofessional development, ethics, and clinical education. Dr. Foeller's recent work has been exploring the ethical/legal boundaries of decision making in educational practice and in defining the effectiveness of the educational processes.
