This panel presentation will include simulation center administrators, both seasoned and new, who will provide valuable insights into operational and administrative challenges faced when overseeing a simulation center. Topics will cover the role of the center administrator, human resource management, financial management including revenue generation, policies and procedures, and space utilization. The panel will also delve into gaps in collective knowledge that have necessitated the formation of a Special Interest Group to address these issues and share ideas. Audience members will actively contribute by providing feedback and brainstorming additional challenges for group discussion.
